Lane Pilot on your scan tool

A sideloaded Android app for shop tablets: scan → share → diagnose, without ever leaving the bay.

1. Enroll the tablet

Your shop owner opens Team → Integrations & Devices → Devices → Enroll New Device on lanepilot.io and gets a one-time token (expires in 10 minutes). On the tablet: Enroll This Device → paste or type the token. The tablet is bound to the shop — no personal logins, sessions bill to the shop account.

2. Share reports straight from the scanner

Run your normal full-system scan on the Autel/Topdon/XTOOL. Tap Share Report, pick Lane Pilot. The report lands in the Service Bay with an Import Confirmation Card — no re-typing codes, no PDF exports to a PC.

3. Works when shop WiFi doesn’t

Shared reports queue on the tablet if the connection drops and survive restarts and reboots. The queue syncs automatically on reconnect.

What the app can see

Only the reports you share with it. Files are processed on the tablet; raw documents never upload during import. Revoking a device in Team → Integrations & Devices → Devices blocks it immediately.
